PWM Electronics, Inc. began as Hindley Electronics of Canada in Winsdor, Ontario in 1997. A team of 7 investors, some with decades of experience in the electronics and aerial lift repair industries, had the common goal of providing the best electronic joystick controller repair services at the fairest prices possible. In July 2005, two of Hindley Electronics' most experienced officers, Tom Langenderfer and Aaron Creger, purchased the outstanding shares of the company. They changed company name to PWM Electronics, Inc. and moved the company to a larger facility to better serve its many customers.
