A little bit about Canadian Aerial Electronics Ltd.

The company known today as Canadian Aerial Electronics Ltd. started in Windsor, Ontario in 1997 as an American corporation operating in Canada. A team of seven investors, some with decades of experience in the electronics and aerial lift repair industries, had the common goal of providing the best electronic joystick controller repair services at the fairest prices possible. Through the hard work of its associates, this fledgling company grew to be Canada's leading source for aerial lift controller repairs, with customers in 12 of Canada's 13 provinces.

In July 2005, two of the company’s most experienced officers purchased the outstanding shares of the company from the other investors. Over the next three and a half years, the two officers made some significant advancements to the company and to their own lives, focusing on the company’s service to its customers. The officers became Permanent Residents of Canada, moved their homes and families to Canada, and moved the company to a larger facility within Windsor, Ontario to better serve its many customers.

In late 2009, the directors of our company made three further changes to solidify their commitment to Canada, their company, and its customers around the world. First, the company changed its corporate structure from a U.S. corporation to a wholly- Canadian corporation. Then the company moved its operation center from Windsor to Stoney Creek, Ontario, a city strategically located on the fringe of the Greater Toronto area. Finally, they added a shipping center in New York to better serve its American customers.
